A successful $25 million capital campaign will create a brand new senior center and clinic on north Beacon Hill.

The brand new 25,000 square-foot facility will become a central hub for elders and their caregivers to coordinate services, receive care, enjoy daily activities, and build community. Whether at the senior center or at home, elders receive personalized wraparound care to thrive at every age. Family members can rest assured their loved ones are well taken care of in the community they love.

The AiPACE Center is part of a larger collaborative project to combat gentrification in South Seattle and help lower income families and seniors live and thrive in the neighborhood they call home. Through strategic partnerships, this multi-generational project will include:

• Senior Services by Aging in PACE Washington (AiPACE)

• Affordable and Workforce Housing developed by Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda)

• Childcare Center with early childhood education operated by El Centro de la Raza

Together, AiPACE and its partners are creating a counterbalance against displacement, promoting intergenerational connections, and keeping our community healthy and whole.
