Mission

AiPACE empowers elders to lead meaningful lives in the community through culturally-appropriate, integrated care.

Once completed, AiPACE will provide low-income, nursing-home eligible Asian and Pacific Islander elders in King County the option to age at home, stay close to family members, and maintain independent living in the community.

By partnering and co-locating with affordable housing and childcare center on site, the AiPACE facility will create a counterbalance against gentrification and displacement, promote intergenerational connections, and keep communities healthy and whole.

AiPACE was founded in 2015 by International Community Health Services (ICHS) and Kin-On.

Vision

AiPACE envisions a world where all elders can age with dignity and respect regardless of economic status or race; where families and communities are kept whole and where all sectors unite to create an effective and sustainable health care system that offers quality of life for all.
